Ann practices in the areas of education law, land use and zoning, and general litigation.
As a member of our Education Law Practice Group, Ann represents children and parents of children with special education needs to meet the full range of pre-school through post-secondary educational needs. She advocates on behalf of such families with schools and school districts at each stage of the evaluation, identification, IEP or 504 Plan development process. She represents clients at the administrative hearing level (Due Process) and in all phases of litigation. She also represents families in general education matters, including truancy proceedings.
In her land use and zoning practice, Ann represents property owners and other interested parties before local zoning hearing or supervisor boards.
In her general litigation practice, Ann represents individuals, businesses and nonprofits in contract disputes and other matters. She also represents individuals appealing denials of coverage by their medical insurance providers and is certified to practice and handle appeals before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Ann and her family live in Lancaster city.
