Tracey B. Grinestaff

Tracey B. Grinestaff practices in the areas of nonprofit and corporate law, real estate law, intellectual property matters, animal law and the re-finalization of foreign adoptions.

Tracey works closely with business entities as they navigate the challenges of managing and running organizations from start up to wind down and the many events in between. She assists her corporate clients with contract review, asset purchases, leasing, transfers of business interests, brand name & trademark protections and real estate transactions.

In her nonprofit practice, Tracey counsels clients on how to obtain and maintain federal tax exempt status, as well as addressing other general nonprofit matters.

Tracey enjoys working with clients in the extension of their family through the foreign adoption process. She assists clients with the filings and court proceedings necessary for the re-finalization of foreign adoptions.

Tracey practices in the area of animal law. She is an avid horse rider and has competed in numerous equestrian events. Building on her personal experience, she has assisted horse farm owners with stable boarding agreements and animal liability issues. She works with several nonprofit animal welfare organizations on a variety of legal issues and assists individuals with estate planning for their pets.

Before joining our firm, Tracey served as in-house counsel for Auntie Anne’s, Inc. She and her husband live in East Lampeter along with their three animal rescues – a little black dog named Daisy, and two cats, Ginger and Buster.
