Diana Bieber Locke practices in the areas of general nonprofit and corporate law, trusts and estates, real estate and immigration.
Diana is a member of our Organizational Counsel Practice Group and works closely with nonprofit and business entities. She appreciates the opportunity to assist individuals involved with these organizations as they navigate the challenges of managing and running organizations from start up to wind down and the many events in between. Her experience includes representing clients before government agencies, such as applications for tax-exempt status or state licensure, advising on compliance issues including drafting contracts and policies, and assisting with a range of transactions including asset purchases and real estate transfers.
Diana also works with individuals and couples to plan, draft and execute wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents. She advises individuals on real estate matters such as the purchase or leasing of residential real estate.
In her immigration practice, Diana has counseled organizations and individuals in a variety of matters, such as fiancé and family-based petitions, employment based immigration, I-9 compliance and asylum. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Diana is a Lancaster native and a graduate of Hempfield High School. Before joining our firm, Diana worked in a variety of nonprofits in rural Colorado and New York. She and her family live in Lancaster city. Diana is fluent in Spanish.
