Tracey B. Grinestaff focuses her practice in the areas of general nonprofit and corporate law, real estate law, estates law, animal law, adoptions and guardianships.
Tracey works closely with nonprofit and business entities as they navigate the challenges of managing and running organizations from start up to wind down and the many events in between. As a member of our Estates Practice Group, Tracey works with individuals and couples to draft and execute wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents. Tracey also assists residential and commercial clients with the lease or transfer of real property.
Tracey enjoys working with clients in the extension of their family through the adoption process. She handles both domestic adoptions as well as the re-finalization of foreign adoptions. She also assists family members in obtaining guardianship for loved ones who are in need of special care.
Tracey practices in the area of animal law. She is an avid horse rider and has competed in numerous equestrian events. Building on her personal experience, she has assisted horse farm owners with stable boarding agreements and liability issues. She works with several nonprofit animal welfare organizations on a variety of legal issues and assists individuals with estate planning for their pets.
Before joining our firm, Tracey served as in-house counsel for Auntie Anne’s, Inc. She and her husband live in East Lampeter.
