Elvin Kraybill provides counsel in estate planning, real estate, business organizations and nonprofit organizations.
Elvin drafts wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living will documents to address a wide variety of circumstances. Elvin assists business and charitable organizations by drafting governing documents. He facilitates generational transfers of business ownership through buy-sell agreements and other business succession documents.
Elvin is a past-President of the Lancaster County Bar Association, and has chaired its Long Range Planning Committee. He has conducted strategic planning sessions for various bar and charitable organizations. Elvin has served on the governing boards of Philhaven Hospital and Goshen College.
Elvin enjoys running, reading and following current events.
