Gibbel Kraybill & Hess LLP has hired Michael T. Winters and Paula Knudsen Burke as litigation attorneys for their Advocacy Practice Group.

Winters, of Lancaster, practices in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial disputes, zoning and land use law, traffic and motor vehicle offenses and criminal law. He is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and Temple University.

Burke, of Elizabethtown, practices in the areas of civil rights litigation, employment law, personal injury, landlord-tenant and education law. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Dickinson School of Law.
