Rice and Stratton join GKH

Neal A. Rice joined the law offices of Gibbel Kraybill & Hess, LLP, as an Associate Attorney practicing in their Lititz office.  Rice, who resides in Lancaster with his wife, Melissa, focuses in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, real estate, elder law, and estate administration.  He is a graduate of Shippensburg University and Widener University School of Law, cum laude.  Prior to attending law school, Rice served as a U.S. Army Officer, and completed a 15 month tour in Baghdad, Iraq.  He and Melissa are members of Keystone Church in Paradise.

Jonna E. Stratton joined GKH as an Associate Attorney practicing in their Lancaster office.  Stratton, who resides in Lancaster Township with her husband and daughter, will practice in corporate and non-profit formation, securities, intellectual property and other transactional areas.  She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and Widener University School of Law, cum laude.  Most recently, Stratton served as the Director of the Division of Corporation Finance with the former Pennsylvania Securities Commission. She also served as Counsel for the Commission and as a Prosecuting Attorney for the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.

“Virtually Terrified?” seminar postponed

Due to inclement weather, the GKH seminar “Virtually Terrified?  Safely Operating Your Organization Online” scheduled for Wednesday, October 31 at the Eden Resort has been postponed.  GKH clients will be notified when it has been rescheduled.

Bollinger joins GKH

Gibbel Kraybill & Hess LLP has hired Justin J. Bollinger as an associate attorney for their Lititz office.

Bollinger, of Myerstown, previously clerked for the Honorable John E. Jones, III of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  His practice includes general estate planning, real estate, business and estate administration.  He is a graduate of Messiah College and the Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law.
