While individual attorneys handle numerous matters in various practice areas, the firm has developed four practice groups for managing and coordinating the firm’s practice areas. The attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants within a practice group work collaboratively in a team environment to provide our clients with high quality legal services.
The firm’s Elder Law Practice Group manages and coordinates the Elder Law and Estate Planning and Administration practice areas. The attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants are committed to providing high quality legal advice on all aspects of elder law, estate planning and administration. The members of the Elder Law Practice Group meet regularly to review client matters, coordinate services, and remain current on changes to the law.
The Elder Law Practice Group also provides regular seminars and presentations on relevant topics related to Elder Law.
