Andy practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, employment law, corporations, business associations, real estate and nonprofit organizations.
In his estate planning practice, Andy serves families by developing estate planning documents and handling the administration of estates. He has extensive experience working with business owners on a wide range of issues, from creating new entities to succession planning as businesses transition to the next generation of ownership. Andy is also able to handle all aspects of his clients’ real estate needs.
As a member of our Employment Law Practice Group, Andy provides counsel to employers about their employment law challenges, and works closely with employers to create and implement workplace policies.
Andy has served as Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Lancaster Bar Association and founded the LBA’s Employment & Labor Law Section. Prior to joining our firm, Andy worked as the assistant personnel director for a meat packing company employing over 1200 employees. He also interned at the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review.
Andy has been married to Lois A. Saylor since 1978. They live in Elizabethtown, and are the parents of three wonderful children. He works out of our Lancaster and Elizabethtown offices.
