Tim practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, employment law, corporations, business associations and nonprofit organizations.
Tim works with clients to develop carefully drafted estate plans and implements the appropriate planning strategies to meet their individual needs as well as assisting families through the probate process.
As a member of our Employment Law Practice Group, Tim provides representation to employers in all areas of employment law including compliance with state and federal discrimination and employment laws, employee handbook and personnel policies, hiring and firing practices and procedures, and wage and hour issues.
Tim is a 1994 graduate of Hempfield High School. He is actively involved in his church and in coaching scholastic volleyball.
